Customer Service – A Must For Teacher Evaluation Software

SAs CEO of Standard for Success I wanted to take a moment to share some information with you. Being a company founded and owned by educators it is very important that we are responsive to the needs of our schools. We affectionately refer to our schools as our “SFS family.”

We have been evaluating our responsiveness and continue to reflect on what we offer you and how we can continue to meet your needs. Teacher evaluation is a time consuming task and administrators need to know the software and management tool they use is reliable and supported.

Here are few statistics from our latest study.

  • SFS schools have marked more than 500,000 indicators during evaluations in the first 3 months of the school year.
  • During the last 90 days (60 work days) the response time from 7am-5pm has been 25 minutes.
  • For All tickets submitted during this time (24 hours a day) the average response time is 41 minutes.

We are committed to providing our clients with a top-rate evaluation and management tool and professional development to support student and teacher success. We do not want to support and develop additional product lines. We WILL continue to partner with companies that have solutions that we feel are better than what is out there and we will work to integrate those within our dashboard. We have partnered with OnTrac (custom assessments aligned to state and common core standards), INISchols (data warehouse) and most recently Social NetWatcher (Social Media and Cyber Bullying monitoring and prevention.)
