Hi, I'm David Arroyo.

Senior Sales Representative

I’m currently attending California Lutheran University majoring in Business Management with an expected graduation date of November 2021 as an honors student. I will be the first-generation university graduate in my family with the hopes of not being the last by encouraging and assisting everyone within my family. Shortly after that, I will be staying with CLU by joining their MBA program on January 2022 with an expected graduation during the middle of 2023. I’ve been in the financial industry in sales for most of my career from the wireless telecom industry, banking industry, and payroll services. During my tenure within these organizations, I’ve been a Personal Banker, Branch Manager, Business Development Manager, and most recently as a Sales Manager prior to joining Standard for Success.

I’ve been part of a Christian non-profit organization, Project Understanding, in Ventura, CA as a Board of Director as of August 2019. Committed to assisting our community preventing homelessness, housing families in need during their most difficult times in their life, providing a no questions asked food pantry, and tutoring services for children k-5. As the needs of our community members shift, we strive to evolve and adapt our services and programs to assist anyone in need.

I have the most profound respect for educators especially after the recent world events that happened last year during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our world was forced to change, adapt, and how we educate our children during this global crisis. To be able to assist our educators in any way was one of the main reasons why I decided to join Standard for Success. To change the world of education, one teacher at a time.

I’m the father to the most amazing, caring, and sweetest little boy I have ever met, Jacob who is 4 years old. I strive to be the best father figure possible to that little boy, he is my motivation, my world, my whole reason to be the best person possible every day.
