Standard for Success recently celebrated our 10 year anniversary of providing evaluation software as a service to schools. In that time, we have grown from servicing roughly 40 school districts in Indiana to over 425 districts in 35 states in the US as well as districts in Canada, Australia and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
Standard for Success prides itself in our client support. Our average ticket response time Monday – Friday 7am – 5pm is 12.81 minutes but most tickets are responded to within minutes (sometimes seconds) of us receiving them. Overall, 98.48% of our tickets are taken care of in less than 1 hour.
Our Evaluation software is fully customized to the individual needs of the district which means that support can sometimes be tricky. We have to remind ourselves what your district needs are prior to answering any issues in the ticket.
