INDIANAPOLIS (April 21, 2014) — This spring the Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents (IAPSS) will partner with Standard for Success, an online, fully customizable educator evaluation and management software, to better conduct observations and evaluations of teachers. The IAPSS will join the Indiana Association of Schools Principals (IASP) and more than 400 schools in more than 80 school districts nationwide that are adopting and promoting technology to create a more streamlined and efficient teacher evaluation process that aligns with staff evaluation requirements evolving across the U.S.

“The Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents is absolutely thrilled about this high-quality evaluation tool, and are urging our district administrators to consider using this as they conduct observations and evaluations of building administrators and teachers,” said Dr. JT Coopman, IAPSS Executive Director. “The IAPSS Board of Directors and staff spent a significant amount of time vetting Standard For Success and other evaluation platforms and are confident that SFS provides a nice, cost-effective platform for schools to complete their teacher/employee evaluations that will enhance performance.”
