We are excited to announce a new partnership with Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence that will allow our organizations to leverage “big data” from Standard For Success, along with the comprehensive school self-assessment experience delivered by the Blue Ribbon team, to enable new quantitative insights for districts and administrators that will help them move beyond compliance, and into delivering actionable, meaningful, data-driven feedback for teachers that will enable their personal and professional growth.

We know that lack of structured feedback and guidance is a key reason frustrated teachers leave the profession. Our partnership with the team at Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence will give school districts and administrators the tools they need to help retain new teachers, and enable veteran teachers to continue to grow and develop.

I’ll be going into more detail about this topic in my presentation “Moving Beyond Compliance” with Dr. Kelly Andrews at the Blue Ribbon Schools of Excellence National Conference at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Here’s a link to the schedule of events.

If you’re attending the conference, I would love to connect in person! Here is a link to their registration page. You can catch Dr. Andrews and I at 4:30pm on Thursday and Saturday at 9am, at the Disney Yacht Club.

We look forward to sharing more with you on this initiative, as well as several other very exciting announcements we have to share in the coming months. As always, thanks for your support of Standard For Success.
