Tammy Brothers,SFS Director of Sales and TrainingStaff Feature

Each month, Standard For Success will feature a staff member from our team of former and current educators who have 20-30 years of experience apiece. Our team’s commitment to customer service is as foundational to Standard For Success as the software itself. Our clients know that when they have a question or an idea they want to explore, our team is easily accessible and always responsive.

This month, Standard For Success features Tammy Brothers, SFS Director of Sales and Training

Tammy joined SFS six years ago after having spent 15 years teaching in an elementary classroom and 21 years as Director of Professional Development and Student Programs at an educational service center. In addition, Tammy has her undergraduate degree from Indiana State University and a Masters’ of Education from DePauw University. She has certifications in high ability education from Purdue University and reading from Indiana State University. Tammy also demonstrates expertise and maintains certification in Student Assistance Core Team Training, I-SAFE Program Leadership, Facilitation Skills, Grant Writing, and Student Assistance Program Implementation. Most recently, Tammy completed the Indiana Department of Education Evaluator Training Series, qualifying as an evaluation trainer and teacher evaluator. This expertise in teacher evaluation has made her a valuable asset to Standard For Success.

With the recent acquisition of STAGES software by Standard For Success, Tammy has been especially integral in the merging of the two companies and software platforms.  She often meets with schools to ensure that their evaluation needs are being met, from updating their evaluation rubrics to assisting them with features customized to meet needs specific to their school corporation.  In addition to her roles in the sales and training space, Tammy goes above and beyond in the area of client engagement.

Tammy and her husband Jim live in Central Indiana and have two grown children.  They like to travel for fun (and for SFS!).
