Stevie Award Finalist-Standard For Success

After taking home a Bronze Stevie Award for Customer Service Success in 2017, Standard For Success was named a Finalist today in the Customer Service Department of the Year – Public Services & Education category and will ultimately be a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award winner in the program.

s awards shows including the prestigious International Business Awards® and the Stevie Awards for Great Employers.

The final results will be announced during a gala banquet on Friday, February 23 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Finalists from the U.S.A. and several other nations are expected to attend.

More than 2,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Finalists were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide, in seven specialized judging committees.

“The employee evaluation software industry is both highly competitive and rapidly changing. Other companies are being acquired as those in the field strive to meet the needs of school districts. SFS, however, has been able to thrive in this environment. We’ve maintained a 100% customer retention rate since 2015, often acquiring competitors’ clients because of the high level of customer service we offer,” states SFS CEO, Todd Whitlock.
