Hi, I'm Terry Taylor.
While working on my teaching credentials, I worked at a community college providing supplemental instruction for students in science and laboratory classes. I earned my BS in science and my teaching credentials from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan and began teaching in a self-contained sixth-grade classroom. I completed my MS in Educational Leadership at Madonna University and became an elementary principal. I completed all but dissertation on my Ed.D. at the University of Toledo.
I retired after 25 years in education, spending half that time as a teacher and half as an administrator. My love of servant leadership guided my process through the Galileo Leadership Academy and the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership. I also consult for Franklin Covey’s Leader in Me process for schools using the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People to create leadership schools.
My wife and I have 7 adult children and 9 grandchildren who we love to visit. They live all over the country, so we enjoy traveling to see them and hosting their families in Michigan’s northwest lower peninsula. We sail and snow ski and enjoy our friends.
