As I ponder the last 14 months since we launched Standard For Success I often ask “How has the product become so powerful and so accepted?”  How has SFS evolved into a powerful teacher evaluation and management tool?

As we started the business we kept in mind a saying from Walt Disney “Do what you do so well that they will want to see it again and bring their friends.”  This has been the driving force in creating a product and experience that users feel comfortable using and makes their jobs easier.

We have built a company that listens to the customer and takes into account all of their suggestions and needs in refining the process.  As educators we understand the increasing demands placed on each person daily.  SFS is built on customer service and just as Sam Walton had a desire to ” to have customer service that is not just the best but legendary.” Standard for Success does as well.
